The Mitt Romney's campaign for president may done and dusted in America, but on the other side of the world in Kenya, orphans at the Orbit Village Project are breathing new life into the Republican's failed bid.

Despite President Barack Obama's ancestral Kenyan roots, the children appear to be Romney supporters donning campaign swag donated to the project from the Knox County Romney campaign in Tennessee.

Cyndy Waters, founder of the Orbit Village project, spoke with the Daily Caller and said she was contacted about the donation by her nephew who worked on the Romney campaign in Tennessee. He felt the hundreds of t-shirts and hats would do a world of good in the hands of Kenyan orphans rather than in charity shops in the U.S.

Children were not the only beneficiaries of this out-dated donation. The adults of the village were spotted sporting the tees.

According to Waters, the campaign gear has helped further political dialogue amongst the school children who admire the way Americans handle elections.

As Kenya watched Obama battle it out in the world arena with Romney for the presidential title, some took the locking of political horns more literally.
