The Utah Jazz made the dreams of a five-year-old boy — and his family — come true on Monday night, signing young JP Gibson to a one-day contract and putting him on the court during the team's open scrimmage.

Gibson was signed as a free agent guard. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The young Jazz fan was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012 and his family is being hosted by Utah Jazz and the "Anything Can Be" project, which is a part of the Millie's Princess Foundation, dedicated to providing financial support and hope to families affected by childhood cancer.

Make sure you watch the video until the end, so you can see Gibson's two-handed dunk.
